Opened in 2002, Grace Learning Center is a community outreach for Xenia Grace Chapel. It is a non-profit child care center committed to providing quality early childhood care and education to children ages 6 weeks through 5th grade.

Our goal is to provide your child with stimulating and enjoyable educational experiences in a loving Christian environment. Bible stories, songs and other Bible activities are part of each classroom’s curriculum. Weekly chapel services are provided for toddlers and preschoolers.

Summer and Year Round Programs

Programs for all ages are offered Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

INFANT PROGRAM: 6 WEEKS TO 18 MONTHS
Loving care is provided with an emphasis on each child’s individual needs in order for the child to gain a sense of security and trust.

TODDLER PROGRAM: 18 MONTHS TO 3 YEARS
A consistent daily routine in a stimulating and nurturing environment promote feelings of security. Children are encouraged to explore their environment and develop their independence.

PRE-SCHOOL PROGRAM: 3 YEARS TO 5 YEARS
Developing initiative and cooperation with others are a major milestones for this age group. Age appropriate educational experiences are provided through a curriculum based on the Ohio Early Learning Content Standards. *Children MUST be potty trained for this program.

SCHOOL AGE: KINDERGARTEN THROUGH 5TH GRADE
Children may attend before and/or after school hours. Breakfast is served before 8:00. Free time is provided before children are escorted to the bus. After school students are met at the bus. Xenia Christian students are picked up at the school by GLC staff in a GLC vehicle. Snack is provided and children may choose activities from games to arts and crafts. Outside or gym time is available.

SUMMER PROGRAM: ALL AGES
For younger children we spend a lot more time outside. We include a few field trips and have many special days such as Bike Day, Water Play Day, Picnic Day, etc. For school-age we conduct a full day Summer Day Camp program including weekly field trips, sports and games, a Field Day, arts and crafts, quiet time and much more.
